We ship worldwide* with UPS and DHL Express. Unless the Surf is pumping, we ship your order within 24 hours.

European Union:

- 8€ or Free Shipping on orders above 75€. No extra costs.

- Delivery time: 1-5 business days after order is shipped. 

United Kingdom:

- 12€ or or Free Shipping on orders above 75€.

- Delivery time: 2-5 business days after order is shipped

Rest of the world :

- 20€ flat rate.

-Delivery time: 2-7 business days after order is shipped

• Certain countries are exempt and you will be notified at checkout if we do not ship your country at the time of the order.

 

Wrong item received 

If you received the wrong item or the wrong number of items, please contact us at usa@sleepers.no with your order number and photos, and we will help you solve this.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not covered by us. If for various reasons, you want to return your item, you can contact us at usa@sleepers.no, stating the reason for the desired return and with your order number. Please note that all returns must be undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging and tags attached.
